Sovereign Court is a high-quality care provision based in Westerhope, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, with excellent links to travel and local amenities.
There is a small shopping centre to the rear of Sovereign Court which gives us access to a post office and general stores, a chemist, a hairdresser and fish and chip shop. We are also a short walk from Westerhope’s main high street which offers a variety of shops, supermarkets, takeaways and cafes.
" Right from the beginning, I was happy with the atmosphere at Sovereign Court and the attitude of the staff, both towards us as a family and in the way they related to my husband and the other residents. He is settled and happy and the staff are a massive part of that. When there have been any issues they have always been quickly resolved and the staff have involved me in finding the solutions. I am very pleased that I chose Sovereign Court to provide the care for my husband. He has been there for 2 years and things have worked out better than I could ever have imagined. "
F E (Wife of Resident)
" He has seemed much happier in himself ever since he has been at Sovereign Court. He is very well cared for and the staff seem to sense exactly how much to help him and when to leave him to it. He feels secure. I am always made welcome and kept informed. "
S H (Brother of Resident)
" Overall Sovereign Court is a very well kept and well-run care home. "
