In my opinion, the home offers security, care and friendship.
When I came here, I wasn’t in a good place and now I am starting to realise I was crying out for help but couldn’t find it. I will be forever grateful for the care and support I have received while I have been in these people’s care and I now do believe these people have given me my life back.
He has seemed much happier in himself ever since he has been at Sovereign Court. He is very well cared for and the staff seem to sense exactly how much to help him and when to leave him to it. He feels secure. I am always made welcome and kept informed.
Right from the beginning, I was happy with the atmosphere at Sovereign Court and the attitude of the staff, both towards us as a family and in the way they related to my husband and the other residents. He is settled and happy and the staff are a massive part of that. When there have been any issues they have always been quickly resolved and the staff have involved me in finding the solutions. I am very pleased that I chose Sovereign Court to provide the care for my husband. He has been there for 2 years and things have worked out better than I could ever have imagined.
