Tracey Bell has worked at The Grove for almost 4 years – achieving an overall Good rating with CQC, and is constantly striving toward Outstanding.
She is committed and driven, ensuring the home has a pleasant, happy environment, with a good general feeling and atmosphere. This is always commented upon by visitors – which we feel is the result of good leadership from Tracey and her Unit Managers who are as equally committed to continuously improving The Grove further and always delivering great service and support to everyone who lives and indeed works in The Grove.
Tracey has over 20 years experience of managing, developing and leading services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Complex Needs and Older Persons. She has been a Registered Manager for over 20 years – demonstrating good, extensive knowledge of the CQC and their expected standards. Her care homes have always received positive inspections.
Before Managing care homes, Tracey worked in the care sector and boasts over 30 years of experience. She very much welcomes residents, friends and family to The Grove.
